TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE
A form of bodywork which originated in India and later was migrated to Thailand. Thai Massage is also known as Thai Yoga Massage or Passive Yoga. You do NOT need to be familiar with yoga; the therapist does all the work, providing the recipient with gentle stretching movements and palm pressure resulting in a unique experience with both relaxing and energizing results. This ancient style of bodywork is performed with the recipient in a passive relaxed state, fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat.

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Calm your body, mind and spirit with a full hour of tension relief, relaxation and stress-reduction through this popular health-promoting full-body massage. Swedish massage treatment involves different techniques including wide gliding strokes which can help increase circulation, promote better sleep, combat depression and anxiety, and provide an overall sense of well-being.

Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage
Need relief from muscle tension or pain in specific areas, such as your neck and shoulders or lower back? Therapeutic massage gets deeper into the tissue in order to release muscle and connective tissue restrictions and can help relieve pain associated with such conditions as carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, sciatica and chronic headaches. Deep Tissue often has long lasting results and can be concentrated to one or more areas or incorporated into a full-body massage.
